If I saw a fire:

1. I would check if it's small or big.


2. For a small fire, I’d use the extinguisher and tell the supervisor. Secure the area.
3. For a big fire, inform the supervisor, try to control it, call the fire brigade, open exits, and
help people leave safely.

Customer service is helping people quickly and kindly and making sure they are happy with your
service
