I am Samriti Kaushik, mother of Vansh Kaushik, a student of Class
12-E. I wish to inform you that my son has been diagnosed with
chicken pox. As per the doctor’s advice, he has been strictly
advised complete rest and isolation for a period of three weeks.

Due to this medical condition, he will not be able to attend the


Accountancy Board Practical Examination scheduled on 17th
January 2026 (tomorrow). I kindly request you to please consider
his medical condition and allow the postponement of his
Accountancy Board Practical as per the board’s rules and school
guidelines.

I regret the inconvenience caused and assure you that we will


submit the medical certificate.
