Integrated Waveguide (SIW) Bandpass Filter.” The project involved the design and development of a

• Ultrasonic Testing & Thickness Measurement of Structural Steel Components: Aug 2025-Dec 2025
Performed ultrasonic inspection on steel plates, pipes and structural components using pulse echo.
Calibrated Ultrasonic flaw detector using standard reference blocks. Mesaured material thickness of
plates and pipes similar to wind turbine powers and pipe lines. Identified back wall echo, signal loss
and Internal discontinuities. Evaluated Results for Acceptance and Rejection of Components.
• Non-Destructive Inspection of Welded Joints using PT & MT: Sep 2025-Nov 2025
Conducted visual inspection, Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) on
welded joints Used both visible and fluorescent dye penetrant methods Performed dry and wet
magnetic particle testing to detect surface and near-surface cracks. Identified welding defects.
