We, the students of Grade 7 - Einstein, are writing to respectfully request


permission to conduct a community clean-up drive on March 11, 2026, from
7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The activity will target the area along Rizal Street near
the school campus and the Surigao City Public Market vicinity, addressing
litter accumulation in these high-traffic community spaces.
SECTION 7

Our class of 42 students, guided by our adviser Ms. Maria Fe C. Dela Paz and
three parent volunteers, will collect plastic waste, food scraps, and other
litter using our own cleaning supplies including brooms, biodegradable trash
bags, and protective gloves. We have coordinated with the Surigao City
Environment and Natural Resources Office (SCENRO) to ensure proper
segregation and disposal of all collected waste. This initiative aligns with our
Science and Values Education lessons, promoting environmental
consciousness and teaching us to take active care of the spaces we share
with our community.
