I am writing to formally recommend Jan Jervy Culbengan of Grade 10 – Einstein as a


deserving recipient of support in recognition of his outstanding achievement and excellence in
Mathematics.

As his teacher and coach, I have witnessed Jan Jervy’s dedication, discipline, and passion for
learning, particularly in the field of Mathematics. He has consistently maintained exceptional
academic performance, with grades that have not fallen below 98% during his Grade 9 and Grade 10
years. His strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement truly sets him apart.

His potential was evident as early as Grade 7, when he achieved 5th place in the International
Math Vedic Competition. This accomplishment reflects not only his advanced mathematical skills
but also his ability to compete at a high level. Since then, he has continued to demonstrate growth,
perseverance, and a strong desire to succeed.

Beyond his academic achievements, Jan Jervy is a responsible, hardworking, and goal-
oriented student. He shows determination in overcoming challenges and serves as a positive
influence among his peers. His attitude towards learning and excellence makes him truly deserving
of recognition and support.
