In view of my attendance on the Regional Orientation on National Achievement Test (NAT)


at the Regional NEAP on January 11-13, 2026, I hereby designate you, Mr. Ernesto B.
Mendoza as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the school for a period of three (3) days,
from January 12-14, 2026.

During this period, you are authorized to oversee the general administration of the school and
attend to routine matters requiring the Office of the Principal, subject to existing rules and
regulations of the Department of Education.

This designation is issued to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the school
during my temporary absence.
