plaster).

• Plinth PCC - according to RCC design.

RCC WORK –
• According to architectural and structural design.
• Drawings attached to agreement will be considered as final for practical
execution of work.

Measurement Techniques –
• Plinth - 50% up to 5.’0” depth (of 1st slab).
• Plinth - 75% up to 8.’0” depth (of 1st slab).
• Plinth - 100% up to 10.’0”-12.’0” depth (of 1st slab).
• Slab - 10 feet slab to slab height.
• Open parking - 50% (of slab area).
• Top terrace - 25% (of 1st slab).
• Up to 3meter slab height (from PCC top or Slab top to slab top height 3 meter = 10’) –
length x Breadth x 1
NOTE -
• Owner should make facility about water and light.
• Light bill during construction work should be paid by owner.
• Curing period for will be 7 days morning and evening (RCC, Brickwork, Plaster, water
proofing).
• Owner should fit all the accessories himself.
• If the tiles size increased then labour charges and if necessary chemical extra cost will be
considered.
• For external tiles and texture extra cost will be considered.
• For external design, fabrication or shera wood, plumbing duct design extra cost will be
considered.
• Loft in kitchen- 1 nos/kitchen.
• For any work rather than agreement will be considered as Extra work and additional
payment should be paid by owner.
