Respected Sir,
I would like to respectfully inform you that I was suffering
from severe pain in my left kidney, due to which I was unable
to attend my classes for the past 3–4 days. On medical advice,
I had to take rest and undergo necessary medical examination
and treatment.
I kindly request you to excuse my absence from 2082/09/03 to
2082/09/06. I am attaching my medical report herewith for
your reference and record. I assure you that I will cover all the
missed lectures and complete the pending academic work.
