LAB 1:-Bouncing ball animation using frame by frame.

Introduction
Macromedia Flash 8 is a software application used for creating interactive multimedia
content, animations, and applications. It allowed users to design and develop
multimedia projects that combined various elements like graphics, animations, sound,
and interactivity.

Procedure:-
Step 1:- Open Macromedia Flash 8 and create a new document.

Step 2:- Design the ladder

• Select the line tool from the toolbar.

• Draw a ladder by clicking and dragging on the stage to create the ladder's steps.

Step 3:- Create the ball and Position the ball on top of the ladder

• Select the Oval tool from the toolbar.

• Draw a small circle on the stage to represent the ball.

• Click on the ball to select it.

• Drag the ball to the top of the ladder

Step 4:- Create the first frame of the animation
• Go to the timeline and locate the first frame (Frame 1).
• Right-click on Frame 1 and choose "Insert Keyframe" from the context menu. This will
create a copy of the ball at this frame.

Step 5:- Create the bouncing animation.


• Move to Frame in the timeline to desired frame where the ball reaches its highest point
after bouncing.
• Click on the ball to select it.
• Press F6 to insert a new key frame.
• Move the ball upward slightly to represent the height of the bounce

Step 6:-Create the descending animation
• Move to any desired frame where the ball lands after the bounce.
• Click on the ball to select it.
• Press F6 to insert a new keyframe.
• Move the ball downward to its original position on the ladder.

Step 7:- Loop the animation


• Select all frames in the timeline (click and drag to select).
• Right-click and choose "Copy Frames."
• Go to Frame 36 (or any desired frame after the first bounce) and right-click again.
This time, choose "Paste Frames" to create a loop of the animation.

Step 8:- Test the animation
• Go to "Control" > "Test Movie" to see your bouncing ball animation in action.

LAB 2:- Add sound in a video file.

Introduction
Adding sound to a video means combining an audio file with a video that has no sound, then
saving it as a new video file

Procedure:-
Step 1:- Open macromedia flash 8 and Go to "File" > "Import" > "Import to Library" to import
video without sound.
Step 2:- Now, at the right bottom side we can see “Name” and “Type” from there we choose
movie then drag and drop to stage.

Step 3:- Set the timeline > insert new keyframe and press Ctrl + Enter.

Step 4:- Go to "File" > "Import" > "Import to Library" to import sound then
we can see the sound is added at the right bottom side. Drag and drop to stage over
the video.

Step 5:- Go to "Control" > "Test Movie" to see video with added sound.

Step 6:- To export the video, go to File > Export > Export Movie and choose the
desired format.

LAB 3:- Animate moving car in different layers.
Procedure:-

Step 1:- Set up the project


•Open Macromedia Flash 8 (Adobe Animate).
•Create a new document by going to "File" > "New" and select "Flash Document."

Step 2:-Import the car image and background image


• Go to "File" > "Import" > "Import to Stage."
• Browse and select the image of the car and background.
• Click "Open" to import the image onto the stage.

Step 3:- Animate the car


•Select all Frames by clicking Ctrl+Click. Right-click on frames and choose
"Insert Keyframe" from the context menu.
• Move the car1 to the ending position on the right side and car2 on the left side of the stage.
• Right-click on any frames between Frame 1 and the last frames and choose "Create
Motion Tween" from the context menu.

Step 4:- Create the play and stop buttons
• Create two new layers above the cars layer and name them "Play" and "Stop." • Import
the images of play and stop button.
• Select the play button shape, press F8, and convert it to a "Button" symbol. Name it "Play."
• Select the stop button shape, press F8, and convert it to a "Button" symbol. Name it "Stop."

Step 5:- Add ActionScript to the buttons


• Click on the frames of the "Play" and “Stop” layer.
• Right click on play and stop button the go to Action > Global Functions > Movie
Clip Control. Then double click on “on” option and the tick the option “Press”.
• And go to Timeline Control > play (double click) and same as for stop button.

Step 6:- Test the animation

• Go to "Control" > "Test Movie" to see moving car animation with play and stop buttons
in action.

Lab 4:- Create a smiley as 2D demonstration.

Procedure:-

Step 1:- Set up your project

• Open Macromedia Flash 8.


• Create a new Flash document (File > New).

Step 2:- Draw the smiley face

• Select the "Oval" tool from the toolbar.


• Draw a filled yellow circle on the stage to represent the face.
• Select the "Oval" tool again, and this time, draw two smaller filled white circles above
the yellow circle and inside these white circles again draw two circles filled with black color
with new layer named as eye to represent the eyes.
• Next, use the "Line" tool to draw a simple curve for the mouth.
• To make the smiley look more expressive, added eyebrows. Use the "Line" tool to
draw curve above each eye.

Step 3:- Animate the smiley
• Create a new keyframe by pressing F6 on the timeline at frame eye.
• In this new keyframe, modify the eye circles to represent a smiling mouth with. • To test
the animation click Ctrl + Enter

Step 4:- Export the animation


• To export the animation, go to File > Export > Export Movie and choose the desired format.

Lab 5:- Create a traffic light with different timeline.

Procedure:-

Step 1:- Set up your project

• Open Macromedia Flash 8.


• Create a new Flash document (File > New).

Step 2:- Import the background image with layer name as “background” and add layer name
as “pole.

Step 3:- Draw a pole with rectangle tool from the tool bar and set corner radius to define
radius.

Step 4:- Create new layer defined as Red light and do same for Yellow and Green light.
And create layer name as Zebra Cross.

• Draw circles with same size for each light.

• Draw a line for zebra crossing and go to the properties to set line.

Step 5:- Create a layer with name car and import image to the stage.

Step 6:- Now for timeline, Click the last circles to fill green color and set the timeline at
the range of 15 by clicking Fn F6 key to insert new keyframe and move the car to the left.
Same as for Yellow light and Red light with different range of time line.

Lab 6:- Create a Responsive animated PowerPoint slides.

Procedure:-
Step 1:- Open Power Point.
Step 2:- In PowerPoint, click on Insert > shapes. And add different shapes in power point.

Step 3:- Add new slide and name the different shape in different slides.

Step 4:- Selects the shapes and click the Insert navigator > Action.

Step 5:- After clicking the action choose the Mouse Hover option and Select the Hyperlink
to and choose the slide options. Choose Slide that we want to hyperlink.

Step 6:- Also we can add the height and width of the shapes. Click on Format > Size and
add the size.

Step 7:- Now it’s done when we hover the mouse to the Rectangle its hyperlink to its
Rectangle slides.

Step 8: - Repeat the step 4, 5, 6 and step 7 for other shapes.

Lab 7:-Split a video and save as two different names.

CapCut is a user-friendly video editing application available on mobile and desktop. It allows
you to cut, trim, split, add effects, transitions, music, and export videos easily. In this lab, we
will learn how to split a video into two parts and save each part as a separate file.

Procedure:-
Step 1:

• Open the CapCut app.

• Click on New Project.

• Select the video you want to edit.

• Tap Add to import it into the timeline.

Step 2:- Drag Video to Timeline


• Drag and drop the video which we want to split to the Timeline panel.

Step 3:- Set Split Points


• Move the playhead (white vertical line) to the point where you want the first cut.

• Click the Split button.

• Move the playhead again to the point where you want to end the first segment.

• Tap Split again.

• Now you will have separate video segments on the timeline.

Step 4:- Export and Save


• Click "Export" to start the exporting process. Capcut will save the two video segments
as separate files with the names and locations you specified.

Lab 8 :- Merge two different videos and save it as a single name

Procedure:-
Step 1:- Open the Shortcut App and Start a new project in the capcut app.
• Launch the Capcut app on your device.

• Tap “New Project” to start a new video editing project.

Step 2 :-Import and Arrange Videos on the Timeline


• Tap “Add” to import the videos you want to merge.

• Once imported, the videos will appear on the timeline at the bottom of the screen.

• Drag and drop the videos on the timeline to arrange them in the desired order for your final
merged video

Step 3:- Export and save the merge video
• Once the videos are arranged correctly, tap the Export button (usually at the top-right corner).

•Choose your desired resolution and format, then save the video with the name
“Merge_video.”
