Goal
Transforming MIMAROPA’s Health System under UHC
✓ Integrated and functional health network across barangay, municipal, provincial,
city, and regional levels. Health facilities, from Barangay Health Stations to
hospitals, are being organized into coordinated Primary Care Provider Networks
(PCPNs) and Health Care Provider Networks (HCPNs).

• Health concerns arising from specific tourism activities
• International tourists needing care in accredited facilities due to
insurance coverage

procedures using at least five (5) criteria:
a. Relevance/Responsiveness – Does it meet the needs of the beneficiaries:
patients/family?
b. Effectiveness – Does it achieve satisfactory progress?
c. Eficiency – Does it deliver service at an acceptable cost compared with
alternative approaches?
d. Impact – What are the social, economic, technical, environmental, and
other effects on individuals, communities, and institutions as a result?
e. Sustainability – Are the activities or effects likely to be
maintained/sustained?
