●​ Domain Introduction: Introduce the domain. Try to map your work with Sustainable
Development Goals (SDG).
●​ Background: Provide context for the research.
●​ Problem Statement: Clearly define the problem you aim to solve.
●​ What is the data about?
●​ Research Questions: Based on the problem statement, develop research questions or
hypotheses that your work will aim to answer or test.
●​ Aim of the project: Write a clear aim for the overall project/work.
●​ Objectives of the project: Write in bullet points what are the objectives of the
project/work/
●​ Contributions of the project: What is the contribution of the work? What are the
expected results? (Highlight the novelty and significance of your work)
●​ Paper Organisation: Briefly describe the structure of the paper.

RELATED WORK

●​ Contextualise your research: Explain the current state of research in your field and show
how your project fits within it. Summarise relevant studies and their limitations.
●​ Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in the current literature your research addresses. Highlight
where research is lacking or inconsistent and show how your work addresses these gaps.
●​ Establish significance: Justify the need for your research by relating it to the existing body of
work.

METHODOLOGY

●​ Problem Definition: Formalise the problem and provide relevant mathematical


models, if applicable.
●​ Approach/Proposed Solution: Describe the methods, algorithms, or techniques used.
●​ Novel / Innovative: Why do you think your work is unique or innovative? Need justification
●​ Compare the methods?
●​ Experimental Setup: Outline the tools, datasets, and configurations. More details
about the data and its process.
●​ Diagrams: Provide block diagrams, flowcharts and other relevant diagrams/figures to support
your claim.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

●​ Results: Present key findings using text, tables, and figures. Explain the results by
mapping to the research questions, aim and objectives.
●​ Analysis: Interpret the results and compare them with prior work.
●​ Discussion: Address implications, limitations, and potential improvements.

CONCLUSION & FUTURE WORK

●​ Summary of Findings: Restate the main outcomes. Express the methods used and the
results obtained by mapping to the research questions, aim and objectives. Conclude
with some good insights and information.
