• Opening: "First of all I would like to respect out Lecturer Mr. CHAP Phythoem and
hello everyone. We are from Group 2. I am ……., (group leader/team member). My team
members are …………. Today, we’ll be walking you through essential vocabulary across
ten different units to improve your writing skills."
• The Place Where You Live (Unit 17): "Let’s start where we all begin—at home. When
describing locations, you might use the term Outskirts, referring to the edge of town. For
those in apartments, you likely pay Rent and might live Downstairs on the ground
floor."
• Around the Home (Unit 18): "Inside, comfort is key. We use Cushions for the sofa and
a warm Duvet in the winter. If you have guests, they might stay in your Spare room."

alcohol can damage your Liver."
• Clothes & Fashion (Units 21-22): "In terms of style, you might wear a black Suit or
carry books in a Rucksack. When you Shop for new clothes, it's important to find items
that Suit you and fit well in your Wardrobe."

make them Delicious, you might Fry fish, Bake in an oven, or Stream rice until it is soft
and fluffy."
• City Life (Unit 26): "Finally, living in a city like Phnom Penh means facing Traffic
jams and Pollution. The noise and the Crowds can often Exhaust you after a long day."
