Daily Routine for Discipline, Presence, and Results

Morning (6:00–9:00)

1 Wake up at the same time every day


2 No phone for the first 30 minutes
3 Hydrate and move (stretch or light workout)
4 Get ready properly (clean, sharp appearance)
5 Plan your top 3 priorities for the day

Work Block 1 (9:00–12:00)
