Subject: Request for permission to conduct Morning Study Sessions


Dear Sir (Mr Msindo)
I respectfully seek your permission to conduct morning study sessions from
05:00 to 07:00 am in the Junior Science Laboratory. These sessions are intended
for all Male Footballers and Other dedicated male candidates only.
Purpose of this arrangement is to compensate for the academic time we will be
dedicating to football training, which has recently commenced. We believe that
these study hours will help us balance our academic responsibilities while
continuing to participate actively in sports.
To ensure Discipline and proper supervision, The HeadBoy (Romaric
Dhliwayo) will be present during these sessions, assisted by other senior
prefects. We assure you that the venue will be used responsibly and that order
will be maintained at all times.
We kindly request you’re approval to proceed with this initiative.
