Topic 1 : Talk about important factors that help people have a healthy lifestyle and
longevity
+ What are the important factors?
+ How do the important factors affect people’s health?
+ What do you often do to have a healthy lifestyle and longevity?
There are several essential factors that help people maintain a healthy lifestyle and live longer.
Firstly, regular physical exercise helps improve physical strength and reduces the risk of serious
diseases. Second, a balanced diet with enough nutrients supports the immune system and keeps
the body energetic. Finally, mental health is also important, as reducing stress and having a
positive mindset can improve overall well-being. These factors directly affect people’s health by
increasing life expectancy and quality of life. To stay healthy, I exercise regularly, eat more fruits
and vegetables, and try to sleep early. I also relax by listening to music or reading books to
manage stress effectively.
Topic 2: What are the most common generation gaps in your family?
+ What do you think about these generation gaps?
+ How do they affect the relationship among your family members?
+ What do you do to bridge the generation gaps in your family?
In my family, there are several noticeable generation gaps. First, older family members prefer
traditional lifestyles, while younger people are more interested in modern trends and technology.
Second, there are differences in communication styles, as older people often value face-to-face
conversations, whereas younger ones prefer online communication. Finally, these gaps
sometimes lead to misunderstandings and conflicts in the family. I believe generation gaps are
natural, but should be handled carefully. To bridge these gaps, I try to listen patiently, respect
different opinions, and communicate openly with my family members to maintain harmony.
Topic 3: Talk about some causes and effects of global warming.
+ What are the causes of global warming?
+ Who is mainly responsible for global warming?
+ How does global warming affect people and the earth?
Global warming is caused by various human activities. First, burning fossil fuels for
transportation and electricity releases greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Second,
deforestation reduces the number of trees that absorb carbon dioxide. Finally, industrial pollution
and waste contribute significantly to rising global temperatures. Humans are mainly responsible
for global warming. This issue affects people and the Earth by causing extreme weather, rising
sea levels, and environmental damage. To reduce global warming, people should save energy,
use public transport, and protect forests to create a sustainable future.
