1. Write a short paragraph (120 -150 words) about the solutions to gender inequality.

There are various ways to address gender inequality. First, it is important to provide
equal educational opportunities for both genders, ensuring that everyone has access to quality
education regardless of their sex. It is suggested that policies be enforced to promote gender
equality, such as banning child marriage, which often restricts the opportunities of young
girls. Additionally, workplace discrimination should be addressed by promoting equal
opportunities for advancement and ensuring equal pay for equal work. Last but not least,
Governments should also introduce policies like paid parental leave to support both mothers
and fathers. especially for women, maternity leave is crucial as it allows them to recover
physically and emotionally after childbirth. This not only benefits the mother but also
promotes gender equality in society. If these measures are implemented, society will be able
to create a more equal environment where individuals, regardless of gender, can thrive. In
short, solving gender inequality requires the collective efforts of the whole society, starting
with the smallest individuals.
