On 19 February 2026 at 05: 00 pm in evening, I Avantika joshi, received this written complaint from Ms. Shreya singh (the
complainant) has reported to the police station and the same has filed the following complaint in F.I.R.
My name is Shreya Singh, D/O Devrath Singh aged 19 years, residing at Plot no. 32, Alka Road, Indraprastha, hereby submit this
complaint regarding serious offences committed against my sister ( Pragya Singh), on 19th February 2026 at around 3:00 PM near Matti
Colony, Indraprastha.
The boy, namely Adarsh Srivastava (our neighbour), has been stalking and harassing my sister for the past two weeks. He has been
following her to her college and monitoring her personal activities. On 15th February 2026 at around 7:00 pm, he followed her on
Instagram and on 16th February 2026, he obstructed her path and forced her to accept his follow request. He threatened that if she did not
accept it, he would not allow her to leave the place. Despite her refusal, he snatched her phone and accepted the request himself. He
further threatened that even if she removed him from her following list, he would continue to harass and disturb her. On the same day he
send dirty chats and reels and demanding sexual favour from her and he said that if you block me then I will come to your house. She
completely panicked. When we were coming from college in the afternoon of 19 February 2026, Adarsh Srivastav came on a motorcycle
along with unknown person (Bike No.- BR04AU5274), which belongs to Adarsh Srivastava. They passed by us and started teasing my
sister and they blocked the path near Matti colony, Indraprastha. When confronted, Adarsh forcibly tried to touch and kiss my sister
without her consent. We both screamed, and we immediately left the place. Thereafter, he continued following us.
I request you to kindly register an FIR against the both persons and take strict legal action at the earliest to ensure my sister’s safety. I am
ready to cooperate in the investigation and provide any further details required.
The above complaint has been registered and typed by constable Ms. Dipti Sinha, ID no. 6539 and the copy of the same F.I.R is send to
the superior officer.
