Good day Sir Zaplan

I am writing to formally inform your good office of my intention to shift from the Bachelor of
Science in Computer Engineering program to Business Administration major in Financial
Management.

After careful consideration and self-assessment, I have realized that my academic


interests and long-term career goals are more aligned with the field of business and
finance. I believe that pursuing Business Administration in Financial Management will
allow me to better develop my skills and contribute meaningfully to my chosen profession
in the future.

I respectfully request your approval and guidance regarding the necessary procedures and
requirements for shifting programs. I am willing to comply with all departmental and
