1. Those candidates who have applied for participation in convocation have to register
themselves between 09:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Venue on 27th February 2025.
They have to compulsorily participate in the final rehearsal scheduled on 27th February
2025 from 02:00 P.M. onwards. Those who have not participated in rehearsal, will
not be allowed in convocation.
2. The candidates must bring valid photo identity card.
3. The convocation ceremony will commence on 28th February 2025. The candidates
must take their designated seat by 08.45 A.M. sharp.
[Link] parking for students will be in the Institute Campus.
