1 I understand that UniXperts relies on information and / or documents provided by me in good faith to match the characteristics and published entry requirements of
education institutions they represent. I also understand that the final decision to accept my application will be made by the relevant education institution. □
2 I confirm that the information and/or Documents I have given to UniXperts are genuine. I understand giving false or misleading information may lead to termination of
my Application, Admission of offer and Visa if at any time my information and / or documents submitted are found to be non-genuine. □
3 I understand UniXperts collects my personal information to enable my request for obtaining information on study opportunities, for applying to study at education
institutions and for my visa application to be processed with respective country’s High Commission / Immigration Department. □
4 I am aware that I must immediately advise UniXperts if I find that any information provided in this application is incorrect or if there is any change in my circumstances
that is relevant to my application or to my visa or my dependents’ visas including my ability to support myself and my dependents financially. □
5 I declare that neither I nor my dependents (if any) have been refused or are currently awaiting a decision on:

□ Any other visa (including study visa) for any countries.
I declare that neither I nor my dependents accompanying me (if any) have breached the conditions of any visa held at any time to enter any country.

7 I authorize UniXperts to contact any person, institution or organization named in my application or supporting documents and those persons, institutions and
organizations to disclose any relevant information they may hold about me and my dependents (if any) for verification of my application and supporting documents. □

□I have access to sufficient funds to support myself and my dependents (if any) for the total period of my visa. I acknowledge that I may be required to provide
additional documentation to confirm my ability to meet all necessary expenses as referred by High Commission / Immigration Department for which I am applying for
my student visa.
9 I understand that institutions / universities that I am applying to charge application fee, deposit fee and / or part of tuition fee to secure my admission and issue my
CoE/CAS/i20/LOA/Offer of Admission. This fee can be non-refundable as per the refund policy of the institution / university if I am failed to meet the entry criteria
set by the institution / university.

limitation working restrictions, academic performance, satisfactory attendance and all other conditions of my student visa.
