Respected Ma’am,
We the Apex fresher's 2022 organising team, are Submitting this letter of intent to carry out the
event for
the Batch junior to us, which is scheduled for 23rd of September 2022, We are planning this
massive
celebration with our open hearts to honour their path towards becoming an Apexian.
In 2020, We enrolled at Apex college as stranger hoping to interact with apex people, establish
friendship and improving one selves. We had no idea where we were going when we first entered
this
environment we stepped foot on thin opportunity of apex fresher's 2022 in the aim to better
ourselves.
we were shaped by the subsequent mentoring sessions, photo shoots, ramp walks to step outside
of
our comfort Zones, exploring new goals for our personal and professional lives, and get to know
ourselves better in a well manner.
We believe we are qualified and prepared to provide an greater experience for our beloved junior
2022
because of the experience we had which helped us gain knowledge and a close knit family of
friends as well as friendship. We will succeed ourself because we feel that our college has
ingrained in us that we can also be handed onto our juniors we also think that it would be a
victory for apex college.
We therefore think that it will be a fantastic event that will lift the student spirit with your help
and
support we kindly ask for your consent to host apex fresher 2022 in accordance with our values of
integrity, excellence, respect for individual and intellectual difference, diversity and inclusiveness
of
global perspective.
Introduction and background
In order to conduct apex fresher’s for the batch of 2022 this proposal has an official welcome
party known as apex fresher’s signifies the start of one’s life as an Apexian. building
relationships taking care of
oneself stepping outside one’s comfort zone and discovering one self are at the centre the request
for the
proposal is intended to gather sponsorships for the planning of a fruitful and worthwhile event
while price will play a role in our decision other factors will also be taken into consideration these
other factors are more fully discussed in the evaluation factors section of this bidding document
below:
Apex fresher’s 2022 description
◦ Fresher’s grow a sense of community within the college students learn to feel a sense of
ownership and sentimental tied to the college when they are given entertainment.
◦ This program which has been a part of an educational institutions for many years has sustained
power to build human capital.
◦ The newest group of students are introduced to the college during this event within the walls of
the college which encourage them to enhanced their networking farce contact the student who
take part in Mr. and Mrs. fresher’s boost their self-assurance it supports them everyday and
enables them to thrive in any social circumstances.
◦ This event is organized by the Mr. and Miss Fresher’s competitors. Fresher’s organizers gain
event management expertise throughout the entire process. From submitting ideas to selling
forms and tickets, reserving locations, hosting, and creating scripts, this is a one’s in a lifetime
chance. They can explore their interests and gain a thorough understanding of the subject. Apex is
excellent for students because it offers a lot of business and management-related courses.
Apex fresher’s 2022 project scope
The project’s objectives might be stated as “Build Confidence, Awaken School Spirit, Enhance &
Develop Skills.” The ceremony known as Apex Fresher’s serves to warmly welcome incoming
students to the college. Since then, this event has been organized yearly by the Mr. and Miss.
Fresher contestants from previous years. It enables the juniors to develop relationships with both
the seniors and each other.
With its themes, dress codes, talent searches, performances, pageants, etc., it encourages letting
go of inhibitions and forging deep connections.
