Subject: Request for Waiver from Official Billeting

Sir:
Good day. I respectfully write to request a waiver from the required billeting
arrangement for one of our Elementary Chess Boys, BRADKINT Y. GAYRAMON,
who will represent our school/division in the NMRAA meet. While we fully recognize
and appreciate the efforts of the organizing committee in providing billeting facilities
for all participants, the parents of the said athlete have expressed their preference
for their child to stay with them during the duration of the competition.
This request is primarily due to personal and parental considerations, including the
desire to personally monitor and attend to the needs of the athlete during the event.
Rest assured that the student-athlete will still strictly comply with all schedules, rules,
and responsibilities set by the organizers and will report promptly to the designated
venues for all official activities and matches.
In this regard, we humbly seek your kind consideration in granting this waiver. Your
approval will greatly help address the concerns of the parents while still allowing the
athlete to participate fully and responsibly in the competition. Thank you very much
for your understanding and continued support for our student-athletes. God speed.
