Vulcan Introduction
In this video, I'll be going through showing you Vulcan and what it is
and how you can use it.

➢ Tool enable you to find great products, fast and easy, based on
data
➢ Integrates directly into your Shopify store so you can import and
list products quickly with AI
➢ Basically, saves you LOADS of time & $$$

Vulcan has been developed from the ground up, and it is a tool,
essentially to enable you to find great products really, really fast and
really easy, and it's all based on data.

What it does is it integrates directly into your Shopify store, so you

can import and list products really quickly with the benefit of AI. It
saves you a lot of time and a lot of money.

This is one thing where it does take a long time, traditionally, to go

out there and find products and list them onto your store, and you've
got to manually do it most of the time, and all that kind of stuff, using
Vulcan is just going to save all of that headache.

Now, in regards to saving money, yes, time is money. When you start
scaling your store, etc., you'll probably start outsourcing those tasks
like product selection and product placement and put them into
virtual assistants.

How does Vulcan essentially work?

2/11
You've got Vulcan in the middle there. It will source all of the current,
trending and best-selling products from Amazon.

I'll go out there and pull all that data back into Vulcan, into the
database, and then it will allow you to go through a search for similar
products that it can find out there, through various marketplaces like
AliExpress, AJ drop shipping, Walmart and a bunch of others.

If it can find similar products, it will then list them for you, and you
can have a look then to see whether or not you can get the same
product that is on Amazon for cheaper in another marketplace.

For example, if you find something on Amazon for $50, you could
probably find the exact same product on one of the other sourcing
suppliers for maybe $10 or $15.

Then what you do is you add that into your products in Vulcan, and
then you can import it into your Shopify store.

To go through all of the various options within Vulcan and give you a
bit of a demo so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.

3/11
Inside Vulcan, you've got four menu options at the top. The product
finder, which is where you'll be doing the majority of your
interactions.

My products, which will list where your products are.

Integrations is where you need to set up the various integrations with

the suppliers in your store, and for any support you need, you can
click on there has a search bar so you can search for products yourself
in there.

The notifications will be quite useful. This will have various

notifications there for when prices change or products go out of stock
and things like that.

Anything you need to be notified about, just keep an eye on the

notifications.

As you can see over here on the right-hand side, you've got a filter. If
you click on here, this will list all of the various Amazon categories
that you can go through and look at.

4/11
For example, I'll just go into baby products, and then once you're in
the baby product section, you can then go into a subcategory. You can
niche down a little bit further.

For example, we can go into strollers and accessories, and then that
will list all of the top-selling strollers and accessories. Now, you've got
a price range here that you can use.

You can either use the buy there or you can use the filter in here. I like
using this one. It's just nice and easy.

5/11
If I wanted to say, search for products between 30 and 300, then I can
do that really quickly, and it will just show me the products that are in
that price range.

Now, the other options you have here, you can sort them from price,
low to high. If you wanted to find products that were based on price,
you can do that, and you can look at it based on competition, which is
another one.

You can see whether these are very competitive products or not and
you can also have a look at them based on sales last month. This one
here obviously sold tons last month. It sold 2000 plus last month, and
it's $98 and this is the Amazon sales rank here.

These just give you some options that you can use to filter down and
fine-tune your various products.

Once you've picked or found a product that you think could be

potentially a good one to list on your store, then all you need to do is
just click on here, click on find potential products, and this will take
you through to the next screen, where it will go through now and find
through AI.

It'll go out there and try and find either the same product or very
similar products out there. That is on other marketplaces.

6/11
Now you can see here it's just finished that search, and you can go
through and look at all the results that were coming through, and it's
found a lot there.

Now you can again do the same kind of thing with the filters down
here. You can search it by relevance and price high, profit high, all
that kind of stuff.

Now, Rank is going to be hard to determine the exact same one.

Obviously, it's returned some various other Ranks here. You could
order it by profit, high to low, and have a look at what's kind of come
through.

I mean, obviously this one's not the exact same as that one there.
What I would typically do is just have a look through to see if you can
find one that is very, very similar to this one here.

It's just a matter of going through and looking for that, and let's just
say this one was and then what you can do is you can click on
Analyze, maybe go into analyze product that will take you through to
this screen where it will give you all the information about it.

You can have a look at various pictures that are on there. You can see
where it's come from and where it's shipping from. This one ships
from the United States, which is excellent.

7/11
You can see the various different colors that it comes in. You can see
the current price on AliExpress and the current price on Amazon,
which is basically the same here as the sales rank.

You can see the suggested retail price. You can view the product on
Amazon and AliExpress as well, just to double check that all the
relevant information is correct.

Then you can go through here and have a look at the current price and
sales trends as well. You can have a look. You can change the time
range to anything you want there.

The Amazon price is the one that's in red. You've got the various
indicators here, and the key here, the price, the new price, is green,
and how many units they sold last month is in the purple.

You can see it's definitely bouncing around a little bit there, which is
okay. You can have a look at the ratings and reviews there. It's based
on 2024 so based on the last year, it's definitely had a lot of ratings and
reviews, which is always a good thing.

8/11
You can have a look at the sales rank, the Amazon sales rank, and it
seems to be fairly stable, which is nice as well.

If you scroll down a little bit further, have a look at some of the
comparisons in there, so Amazon, express and suggested, and just
your profit margins.

It's a matter of just going through. You have a bit of a play look
through the screens user data to kind of back your decisions that you
want to make when you're going through looking at finding products.

9/11
Now, let's just say I wanted to add this one to my product list. You can
do that just by clicking on Add to My Products and that will then turn
up in my products list.

I've added a few other ones in here. You can see this is added here.

You'll see the yellow dot here, and that means it's in draft and it hasn't
been published in my store yet. All you need to do to publish to your
store is go into here and click on Publish to Shopify.

I'll be going through and explaining how to do that in a future video. I

just want to show you the options here. Any of the options, you just
click on these three dots here, and you can have a look at the various
information.

You can change the status from published to draft if you want as well.
You can delete it. You can export the information to a CSV to import it
manually if you wanted to as well, and you can view the product
source, which is essentially a link to the AliExpress product in this
case.

10/11
Wherever you end up finding the product, that will go there, all right,
so I'm just going to delete that one so we remove it from my list, so I
can keep my list nice and clean.

That's pretty much everything you need to know about Vulcan. This
tool is going to save a lot of time, very, very exciting, and I can't wait
to get into it.
