1.
Project Title
Instructions:
The project title must be short, clear, and meaningful (maximum 12 words). It should show the
main idea of the project.
Examples:
Smart Attendance System Using Face Recognition
AI Based Health Monitoring System
Online Appointment Booking System
Avoid very long titles. Use clear, simple words.
2. Introduction
Instructions:
Write a brief background of the project. Explain why the project is important and how it is useful
in real life.
Example:
In today’s world, most organizations face problems because of manual systems. These systems
are slow, error-prone, and difficult to manage. This project aims to develop an automated
solution that will make the process faster, easier, and more reliable. The proposed system will
help users manage their tasks in a digital environment effectively.
(8–10 lines required)
3. Objectives
Instructions:
Write clear objectives of the project. Each objective should start with “To…”
Examples:
To develop an automated system
To reduce manual work
To improve efficiency and accuracy
To provide a user-friendly interface
4. Problem Statement
Instructions:
Explain the problems in the existing system only. Do not include the solution here.
Example:
Currently, most of the work is done manually, which causes errors, delays, and data
mismanagement. There is no proper system for storing and managing information. Data can
easily be lost, and it is difficult to keep records updated. Therefore, an efficient automated
system is required to solve these issues.
5. Proposed System
(Comparison with Existing System is Mandatory)
Instructions:
Explain how the proposed system will solve the problems of the existing system.
Example:
The proposed system will be a computerized and automated solution that will replace the manual
process. It will allow users to store, update, and access data securely. This system will save time,
reduce errors, and improve overall performance.
Table 2: Existing System vs Proposed System
Comparison table must be included.
6. Main Modules
Instructions:
First define the roles, then define modules according to each role.
Roles:
Admin
User
(Optional: Manager / Staff)
Modules
Admin Module
Manage users (add / update / delete)
Manage system data
View reports
Control system settings
User Module
Register and login
View information
Submit data / requests
Update profile
Each role must have clearly defined responsibilities.
7. Industrial Relevance / Linkages
Instructions:
Explain how the system connects with real organizations and industries.
This system can be implemented in organizations such as offices, schools, hospitals, and
companies where automation is required. It reduces manual work, saves time, and improves
overall efficiency in a professional environment.
8. Expected Outcomes
Instructions:
Write 3–5 expected results after project completion.
9. Tools & Technologies
Instructions:
Mention all technologies used and their purpose.
Frontend:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
(Used for user interface design)
Backend:
PHP / [Link] / Python
(Used for system logic and processing)
Database:
MySQL
(Used for storing data)
Server:
