IT project Management Group Assignment (20%)


Assume DTU asks your team to develop software project and there are four members
on your project. Also assume that you have 2 months to complete the project, Develop
a scope statement, WBS, and Gantt chart for the project. Be creative in deciding what
are the major work packages required to complete the project.

A. Specify the scope of the project


B. Create work breakdown structure based on the PLS, SDLS and other detail
tasks
C. Apply project time management processes based on WBS and estimate time for
each task
D. By reading books or resources on internet or watching video tutorials prepare
Gantt chart for your project you assigned by using project management
software

 Milestone
 Sample resources
 The list of tasks from 10-15 list of tasks
