Introduction
The IT Components Problem Reporting System is a software
platform to help students and staff report IT-related problems in a
university. Issues can include hardware failures, network problems,
or software errors. Instead of using manual registers, users submit
problems digitally. IT staff can view issues, assign technicians, track
repairs, and update status until the problem is solved. This system
makes reporting faster, improves communication, and ensures
transparency between users and IT staff.
