procedures to keep patients safe and comfortable.

Applicant : In the emergency room, I once cared for a patient who had breathing
difficulty. I stayed calm, monitored vital signs, and quickly reported to
my senior nurse — the patient was stabilized.
HRD : How do you communicate with patients and the healthcare team?
Applicant : I use clear and simple language when talking with patients. I also
communicate professionally with the healthcare team to ensure good
coordination and safe care.
