Write a descriptive piece about a place you like visiting.

Include
details about what the place looks like and what you like about it.

You should:
• start by telling the reader what place you will be describing
and where it is.
• describe what the place looks like so the reader can clearly
picture it.
• use some of your five senses (what you can see, hear, smell,
touch, and taste).
• include details about what you like doing there.
• use interesting imagery and descriptive words.
• describe how the place makes you feel.
• use paragraphs to organise your ideas.

Do not write this like a story. You are describing a place, not telling an
event. You should be using the present tense throughout most of it.
You should aim to write at least three/four paragraphs.
