Clint: We are in 2 different State, right? How will you come with the accurate pricing : We have over on our database we update
that database weekly basic as per deferent state or deferent areas and you know we also use (RS means) for pricing and RS means
US national database and we also rich out the Wenders on the project area so we are doing pricing according to the project aria.
So what would you guys help me? We provide complete material takeoffs, cost estimates, and quantity breakdowns and also
provide markups for their project.

give you some discount so you can see the quality of our work and hopefully build a long-term working relationship.

measurements whatever you have so we have a look and get back to you with detail’s.
Clint: what software you use to do drafting? We prepare the drafting drawings using professional software like AutoCAD or Revit,
based on your requirements and project standards.
Clint: For convince? Sir once we done the initial draft, we share it with you for review. And if you need any revisions or adjustments
we do without any extra charge and finally, we deliver the final drawings in PDF or DWG format, ready for bidding or construction
with you specification requirements.
