STUDENT PRAYERS
Almighty and everlasting God, we come
before You with humble hearts,
acknowledging Your infinite power and
boundless love. We give thanks for the
beauty of the world You have created,
for the sun that warms our skin, the rain
that nourishes the earth, and the stars
that twinkle in the night sky.

We thank You for the opportunities You

have given us, for the challenges that
have strengthened us, and for the
lessons we have learned along the way.

We ask for Your forgiveness for our sins

and shortcomings. We know that we have
fallen short of Your perfect standard,
and we humbly repent for our mistakes.
Grant us the strength to overcome our
weaknesses and the wisdom to make
better choices in the future. Amen.
Student's Statement
of Philosophy of what
Work Immertion is
Work Immersion, also known as experiential learning
or internship, is a structured educational program
that places students in actual work environments. It's
a valuable learning experience that bridges the gap
between theoretical knowledge acquired in the
classroom and the practical demands of the
professional world. According to DepEd Order No. 40,
series of 2015, Work Immersion refers to the part of
the Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum consisting of
80 hours of hands on experience or work simulation
which the Grades 11 and 12 students will undergo to
expose them to the actual workplace setting and to
enrich the competencies provided by the school
under the supervision of the School Head and the
designated personnel of the Partner. Work Immersion
is therefore a requirement for graduation from
secondary education. Learners are immersed on
actual work environments such as workshops, offices
and laboratories in which their prior training is
relevant. But this is given clarification on DepEd
Order No. 39, s. 2018.
Student's Personal
Philosophy of Work immersion
I believe that this K to 12 Education Program is
to develop the learners competencies, work
ethics, and values relevant to pursuing further
education and/or joining the world of work. Also
to achieve greater congruence with the basic
education and the nation's development
targets. This subject will provide learners to
become familiar with the work place for
employment simulation and to apply their in
areas of Work immersion competencies
specialization/applied subject's in authentic
work environment. emphasizes practical, real-
world application of knowledge and skills to
prepare students for future careers, critical
thinking, adaptability, and professional
development. The subject Work Immersion is
preparing students with practical skills and
industry knowledge, work immersion
contributes to their global competitiveness and
ability to succeed in an increasingly
interconnected world.
Expectation about
Work Immertion
My expectations about Work Immersion
will be difficult because based on our
discussion with our teacher, all we will do
is familiarize ourselves with the place and
what is done in the workplace where we
will be assigned and I also expect that it
allows to apply classroom theories to
real-world situations. Gain firsthand
exposure to the inner workings of a
specific industry and learn about the
challenges, opportunities, and trends
within that field, providing valuable
insights into the future career options.
Work Immersion can help the students to
build professional relationships with
experienced professionals, mentors, and
colleagues. These connections can be
invaluable for future career
opportunities, mentorship, and career
guidance.

philosophy
According to the Department of
Education (DepEd) Order No. 40,
Scries of 2015, "work immersion" in
the K-12 curriculum refers to a hands-
on learning experience where Grade 12
students spend 80 hours in a real
workplace setting. This experience
aims to enhance their skills, expose
them to actual work environments,
and supplement their in-school
training. Work immersion takes place
outside of the school campus, in
designated "Workplace Immersion

Work immersion aims to bridge the gap between

valuable skills and knowledge for their future
careers. Here are some benefits and aspects of
work immersion:

Work immersion helps students adapt to

different work environments and learn to
handle unexpected challenges. They develop
flexibility in their approach and problem-solving
skills.

Exposure to different work cultures and

practices can broaden students' perspectives
and understanding of diversity in the workplace.

Develop skills and knowledge sought by

employers, increasing competitiveness in the
job market.

Learn about workplace ethics, professionalism,

and the importance of contributing to a team.
Day 1
Met the staff and introduced myself
today. Everyone was super friendly,
which helped me feel more at ease. I
was given a tour of the place and got
to know what to expect. There's a lot
to learn, but I'm excited for the
challenge. Looking forward to getting
more comfortable with everything
tomorrow.

Day 2
Building on yesterday's intro, I'm getting
more comfortable with the staff and
tasks. Started working on some actual
projects today, which was a nice change.
Got some feedback on my work, and it's
helping me improve already. The team's
vibe is really chill, makes it easy to ask
questions. Feeling more confident about
being here.
Day 3
Today was a big step forward - I
actually led a task on my own!
Feeling more confident about my
role now. The team was super
supportive, which helped a lot.
Made a small mistake, but they were
quick to guide me through it.
Learning curve is steep, but I'm
loving it so far.

Day 4
Had a productive day, got a lot of
tasks done efficiently. Feeling more
comfortable with the workflow now.
Had a nice chat with a colleague,
learned more about the company
culture. Realized I can contribute
more than I thought. Looking forward
to tomorrow's challenges.
Day 5
Last day of the first week! Feeling
more confident and settled in now.
Had a meeting with the team lead,
got some great feedback on my
progress. They're happy with my
work so far, which is a big boost.
I'm starting to get the hang of
things. Looking forward to what
next week brings.

Day 6
It's a weekend tomorrow! Feeling
accomplished with what I've done
this week. Wrapped up some tasks
and handed them over to the team.
Got some ideas for next week
already. Time to relax and recharge
for another week.
Day 7
Weekend vibes are here Took some
time to reflect on the past week -
lots of learning and growth. Did
some self-care stuff, recharged for
the next week. Looking forward to a
chill weekend, maybe catch up on
some shows. Ready to take on next
week with fresh energy.

Day 8
Back to the immersion. Hit the
ground running today, tackling
some new tasks. Feeling refreshed
after the weekend. The team's
been cool about answering my
questions, makes it easier to learn.
Getting into a good rhythm now.
Day 9
Had a productive morning, got a
lot done. Meeting with a client rep
tomorrow, hoping it goes
smoothly. Colleges are pitching in
with prep, feels like a team effort.
Just trying to stay on top of tasks
now. Wish me luck for tomorrow's
meet.

Day 10
Good day Met with the client rep,
went way better than expected.
Team's prep work paid off, got
some good feedback. Feeling more
confident about client interactions
now. Ended the day with a small
celebration, deserved it!
