Work Method Statement:

1) Civil Work:

 Demolition Work
 Replacing of damaged flooring and wall tiles

2) Plumbing Work:

 Rodding and clearing of existing drain line


 Fitting of equipments and accessories

3) Electric Work:

 Inspection of all wiring and panels


 Rectification of all faults in wiring and panel
 Fixing of switch socket as per requirement
 Fixing of Light and other accessories

4) HVAC Work

 Inspection and survey of existing ducts as per drawing


 Ducting as per requirement
 Testing & Commissioning of HVAC unit

5) Fire Fighting Work:

 Inspection of existing fire sprinkler line as per drawing


 Laying of wiring for smoke detectors
 Installation of fire sprinkler point as per requirement

6) Carpentry Work:

 Constructing of new POS counter


 Façade paneling as per new requirement
7) CCTV Work:
 Laying of Wiring for CCTV
 Installation of CCTV Camera and other accessories
