Position: Program Associate
Location: Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore
Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 0 to 1 Year
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. College Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a new-age undergraduate college,
ensuring seamless functioning across various departments.
- Collaborate with administrative, academic, and support staff to uphold the
institution's standards and enhance educational offerings.
- Implement and refine operational procedures and policies that align with the college’s
strategic goals, enhancing both student experience and educational outcomes.
2. Program Design and Implementation:
- Design and lead implementation plans aligned with project and partner organizations’
goals.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to measure success metrics and
communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
3. Program Tracking and Reporting:
- Regularly track progress against plans, focusing on programmatic data and analysis.
- Develop and share progress reports timely with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with business teams, partners (universities, companies, professors, industry
experts, vendors), and leadership to ensure program success.
- Manage and maintain relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content
creation and teaching activities.
5. Team Capacity Building:
- Lead team hiring, management, and development, ensuring clear objectives and
regular performance feedback.
- Design and facilitate training to build team and stakeholder capacity for effective
program implementation.
6. Post-Publishing Activities:
- Own post-publishing activities, including content feedback analysis, learning analytics,
and performance analysis to measure content efficacy and student learning outcomes.
7. Assisting in Business Development Activities:
- Support business development efforts by collaborating with BD and leadership teams
to identify partnership and growth opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and program frameworks aligned with
client needs and organizational capabilities.
- Provide operational input during partner discussions and support smooth onboarding
by coordinating between sales, academic and delivery teams.
- Monitor partnership progress and ensure commitments made during the BD phase
are effectively executed during program delivery.
