CAVEAT PETITION UNDER SECTION 148-A OF THE CODE OF


CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908

The Caveator above-named most respectfully submits as under:

1. The address of the parties for issuance of notice from this Hon’ble Court are
as stated in the cause title above. Process to the Caveator may also be served
through his Counsel, M/s. Lexplicit Attorneys – Office of Law, No.38/5,
First Floor, Meanee Avenue, Halasuru, Bengaluru – 560 042.

2. The Caveator apprehends that the Respondents may file a Writ Petition
challenging the Order dated December 09, 2025, passed on [Link].3 of 2025
filed in Execution No.1591 of 2025, pending on the file of the III Additional
District and Sessions Judge (CCH-25), City Civil Court at Bengaluru, and
may seek for ex-parte interim reliefs, including stay of the aforesaid order of
attachment dated December 09, 2025.

3. The Caveator has a good case on merits and any ex-parte order will be greatly
prejudicial to the Caveator. Hence this Hon’ble Court be pleased to hear the
Caveator before passing any interim orders in any proceeding filed by the
Respondents against the Caveator before this Hon’ble Court.

4. A copy of this Caveat Petition is sent to the Respondents through Speed Post
with Acknowledgement Due, the corresponding postal receipts are produced
herewith.

5. Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to afford an


opportunity of being heard, before passing any interim orders, in the event of
the Respondents instituting a Writ Petition challenging the Order dated
December 09, 2025, passed on [Link].3 of 2025 filed in Execution No.1591
