Question 1:
If you must design a simple horizontal curve in a cut section of 4 lane
divided high way with design speed =80 kph this curve radius =220, its
deflection angle =60ᵒ, knowing that the lane width=3.5 m (fs=0.13, FL=
0.3)
Question 2:
Consider of a simple curve with tangent that intersect at st. [10+10]
with design speed =100 kph, ∆=22ᵒ
Required:
1. Design simple curve
2. St P.C, St P.T?
Question 3:
Given ∆ = 40ᵒ, D =3.5ᵒ and PI station [120+40.00] compute the curve
data and the station of PC, PT and PI. [Curve data such as L, C, M, and E].
