You don’t have to worry about their presence, they are here to oversee and observe if the
conduct of assessment is in accordance with the competency assessment methodologies and
procedure. They will not assess you.
Before I start, may I ask you to sigh the attendance sheet. Please present to me your admission

I have here with me an accomplish application form and self-assessment guild this is an
indication that you know and you can perform all the units of competency enumerated for EIM
NCII
Conduct Orientation
the purpose of assessment for EIM NCII is to determine the level of your competency
Today I will be going to administer the competency assessment for EIM NCII the
qualification or unit of competency to be assess are the Basic, common and core competencies.
We will just be assessing core but basic and the common will be concurrently assess during the
integrating of core competencies. The core will be assess base on the following: (Enumerate
core)
The different task to be performed in EIM NCII assessment are the following
We have 7 hours to finish our assessment.
To determine your knowledge and skill for EIM NCII .the assessment method used will be
written test, demonstration and oral questioning. This assessment method can help me ensure
your underpinning knowledge and skills.
Needs of the candidates during the assessment
For personal needs the comfort room is located d beside the lobby you can also take
your meal at our canteen it is located at the at the right side of our assessment area.
However during the Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawing

Do’s and Donts’
If you have concerns, clarification and questions please raise your hand so that I can
answer and once the assessment has already started please refrain from asking question
because its no longer allowed. In addition to that. Once the assessment has already
started cellphones are not allowed in the assessment area. Pls turn off your phone and
put it in your bag.

more that willing to help you. But once the assessment has started pls reframe from
asking questions because it never allowed it the same during the assessment if you have
a physical or any form of difficulties donut hesitate to call my attention so that we can
address that immediately.
Occupational safely and health requirement
As we go along with our assessment please observe safety practices and wear your PPE
properly. also when accident happen or occur please call my attention immediately so I can give
you first aid. And when the need arise remember that our first aid kit is located at the right side
of the assessment area.
Role of assessor
Me as an assessor my role is just to observe and write down what I have observe during
the assessment but as an assessor I have the right to stop the assessment if I observe any
untoward behavior especially if it can harm the other candidate or it may result to loss of
property or lives.
Right and appeal and re assessment
After the assessment and you have found to be not yet competent, don’t worry about it.
Because you can re assess anytime at your convenience. In case of full qualification. You need
to undergo the entire assessment process again. However, if you have found to be competent
in some areas of the qualification. You have to be reassess to the areas of competencies you
have found to be not yet competent. If you have failed 2 consecutive assessment you will be
advice to get a refresher or you can apply for reassessment . in case you are not satisfy with the
result you can file for an appeal. You can sent your letter to the TESDA provincial office address
to our TESDA director.
Issuance of NC
And if you found to be competent, for the issuance of NC. The TESDA will sent your NC
to your active Gmail account, right after the assessment, you can download it, once you
already downloaded you can print it to a A4 size board paper, a color white or cream
paper the buy 2 pcs documentary stamp, when you have already that bring your Nc
together with your documentary stamp to the TESDA provincial office then dry cell,
then photocopy back to TESDA for Certified photocopy bring 50 pesos.
Confidentiality
With the result of the assessment, we observe confidentiality this is to ensure your
integrity. This result is only made available to the right personnel and to the institution
were you had your actual training. Lastly my I remind everyone that please refrain giving
any information outside regarding the process of the assessment.

Before we proceed to the actual demonstration I have here a 30 item test. Pls read the
instruction and answer this in 30 minutes. Time is up. May I have your test papers and answer
sheet
Provide each candidate a copy of specific instruction to the candidate

your specific instruction so pls read this instruction carefully. Please ask me if ever you don’t

Assessment area
This is our assessment area. Here is the station where you perform Interpreting
electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawing , Identify use of material tools and
equipment’s and Perform procedures for installation of electrical protective devices and
determine materials specification. For CCTV Installation this is our area, for Fire
Detection and Alarm System, is in our area and for installation of electrical protective
devices and lightings, you may perform in this wiring board.
Pls be inform that after this demonstration we will be having an oral questioning.

Lets proceed to feedbacking, for your written test you show knowledge on Electrical
qualification. For your demonstration you are able to install electrical protective devices and
determine material specification but for some area like proper procedure on wiring your 3 way
switch its not operating, but don’t worry there is a lot of time for you to practice that
procedure. For that reason it demonstration I will mark you not satisfactorily.
In your oral questioning I am satisfied with your answer. Over all because of your
demonstration. I will you not yet competent. But don’t worry you can be re assess anytime at
your convenience and to the assessment center of your choice but if you are satisfied with my
decision you can write a letter of appeal with in 24 hours just address to tesda director, but if
you are agree you may affix your signature here.
