[Opening Scene: The Warning] *(A montage shows the characters in various struggles—
carrying heavy bags, wincing in pain during sports, skipping meals, and lounging in poor
posture. Dramatic music builds as they each speak directly to the camera.)*
Zoey: Voiceover (V.O)“Your bones are your foundation. But what happens when you ignore
them?”
*SCREEN FADES THEN TITLE SHOWS*
SCENE 1: *(Keith sits in the cafeteria, looking at an untouched plate of food.)*
Keith: “I was fond of skipping meals all the time. Honestly, I thought I could get by without
paying attention to what I was eating. I didn’t realize that my bones were missing the
nutrients they need to stay strong.” *Keith snaps fingers and teleports to the classroom
while eating her snacks*
Keith: “Now I make sure I eat foods like dairy, leafy greens, and fish. These foods give me
the calcium and vitamin D my bones need. I also drink milk and snack on almonds
throughout the day. Trust me, what you eat really affects how strong your bones will be
later in life. Take it from me—nutrition isn’t just about feeling full, it’s about fueling your
body properly. Healthy bones start with healthy food.”
[Scene 2: Cian – Carrying Heavy Bags]
Cian stands with his backpack slung over one shoulder, looking uncomfortable.
Cian: “I used to carry my heavy backpack like this, just tossing it over one shoulder. I
thought it was fine, but over time, it started to hurt my back. I had no idea that it was
affecting my posture and my spine.” *START WALKING AROUND*
“Now, I make sure I wear both straps. I also keep my backpack light, and having small bags
to carry—no more overloading. It makes a huge difference on my back and my posture.”
*Cian adjusts the straps of his backpack, standing up straighter.*
Cian: “Posture matters too. I sit up straight when I’m working at my desk, and I make sure to
take breaks to stretch my back. It’s a small change, but my back feels way better now.”
SCENE 3: Maryielle - Ignoring Rest
(Maryielle is seen running, clearly out of breath but pushing through the pain. She stops to
speak to the camera.)*
Mary: “I thought pushing through every workout was the key to getting stronger. I didn’t
listen to my body when it needed rest.” *gasps for air* But hey! after pushing myself too
hard, I learned the importance of recovery. Now, I always make sure to rest when I need it. I
don’t overtrain anymore.”
Mary: “I also make sure to eat the right foods—like lean meats, eggs, and protein shakes—to
help my muscles recover and support my bones. Rest, nutrition, and balance are what make
a difference.”
SCENE 4: Poor Posture
(Johann is sitting at her desk, her back hunched. She looks into the camera and adjusts her
posture.)
Johann: “Almost everytime, I usually to sit like this. Slouched over my desk or on the couch,
scrolling through my Iphone. It felt natural, but it wasn’t good for my spine. Now, I make
sure to sit with my back straight and my shoulders back. I also take breaks every hour to get
up, stretch, and move around. That helps keep my spine healthy and flexible.” *(Johann
stands up and stretches her back.)*
“I also make sure to eat foods that help my bones stay strong. Magnesium-rich foods like
seeds, nuts, and fatty fish are now part of my daily routine. Trust me, taking care of your
posture now will save you from problems later.”
[Scene 5: Zoey – Juvenile Arthritis] (Zoey rubs her stiff fingers, looking into the camera.)
Zoey: “I was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis. At first, I didn’t know what it was or how it
would affect me. I thought my joints would just hurt sometimes, but it’s much more than
that.” “While there’s no cure, I’ve learned that regular exercise really helps keep my joints
flexible. I try to do simple stretches, like yoga, every day. It doesn’t take much, but it makes a
huge difference in how I feel.” *(Zoey demonstrates a gentle stretching routine.)*
“I also focus on eating foods that fight inflammation, like fatty fish, berries, and leafy greens.
These help reduce swelling and pain. I’ve learned that taking care of my body, through
exercise and eating right, makes living with arthritis much easier.” My arthritis may have
changed me, but I know how to deal with change - and that’s with wise plans
[Scene 6: Chiesca – Laziness and Procrastination] *(Chiesca sits on the couch, scrolling on
her phone. She glances at the camera, looking a bit guilty.)*
Chiesca: “In the past, I tend to spend a lot of time just sitting around. I didn’t really care
about moving my body, and I didn’t think it would matter in the long run. But when I started
having back pain, I realized how much I’d neglected my body.” “Now, I make sure to get up
and move around every day, even if it’s just a walk or stretching in the morning. It helps
keep my muscles strong and my bones supported. Plus, it’s a great way to stay active and
healthy.”
*(Chiesca stands up and demonstrates stretching her back and legs.)*
**Chiesca:**
“Eating a balanced diet is also key. I’ve added more protein and whole grains into my meals
—foods like chicken, quinoa, and brown rice. I really recommend quinoa, it’s basically like
rich, but with flavor and more delicious! They give my body the strength it needs to keep
moving.”
[Scene 7: Allen – The Risks of Sports)
*(Allen is holding a badminton racket, looking directly at the camera.)*
Allen: “I love playing badminton, but there was a time when I pushed myself too hard. I
thought playing through pain made me tougher, but really, it just made things worse.”
Allen: “Now, I make sure to warm up before practice and stretch after every game. I don’t
push my body past its limits anymore. And I always stay hydrated. Drinking water helps keep
my joints lubricated and ready to move.” *Allen takes a sip from her water bottle and
smiles.)*
“Exercising is great for your bones, but knowing your limits and taking care of your body is
just as important. I’ve learned that taking the time to rest and recover is just as important as
the workout itself.”
---
[Scene 8: Gilraen – Overdoing Physical Activity]**
*(Gilraen is stretching before a jog and a volleyball game, but she looks worried as she
notices pain in her knees.)*
Gilraen: “As a volleyball player, I used to push myself with exercise, thinking the more I did,
the stronger I’d get. But I learned the hard way that overdoing it can hurt my joints.”
“I started feeling pain in my knees and hips, and I realized I wasn’t giving my body the time it
needed to recover. Now, I pace myself better.” *(Gilraen lowers herself into a stretch,
carefully listening to her body.)*
“I also make sure to fuel up with foods that help my joints, like walnuts, chia seeds, and
whole grains. Healthy fats help lubricate the joints and reduce inflammation.”
*(Gilraen smiles as she takes a break.)* “Exercising is important, but so is giving your body
rest, and fueling it with the right food to recover.”
*(The group stands together, each holding a prop that symbolizes their story: a water
bottle, healthy snacks, sports gear, and a yoga mat. Zoey steps forward, addressing the
viewers.)*
Zoey:
“Our bones are our foundation. Taking care of them isn’t just about doing one thing right—
it’s about making the right choices every day.”
Cian: “Eat well.”
Johann: “Move well.”
Keith: “Rest well.”
Maryielle: “Stretch well.”
Allen: “Learn from your mistakes.”
Gilraen: “And make your bones stronger, for life.”
Zoey (Voiceover):
“Your bones will thank you for it.”
*(The group smiles, the screen fades to black, and the credits roll.)*
