Subject: An Application for leave and Station leave permission for CGL Examination in
Mumbai.

Respected Sir,

I respectfully request leave for 12th September 2025 in order to appear for the
Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination, which is scheduled to be held in Mumbai.

As the Examination center is outside Lucknow, I may also require travel time. I
kindly request your permission for leave for the exam on 12th Sep. inclusion of Saturday 13th
and Sunday 14th Sep. I assure you that I will resume training immediately after the exam and
compensate for any missed work.

I attached my admit card and Intimation letter. I request you to kindly consider my
application and grant me the required leave.
