You will need to download
the Updated Modding
Tools for Windows each
time a new file has been
released. This is to ensure
that the new file can be
activated properly.

Click on Required Files.

We have broken down the required
files into different categories
instead of one full download.

Explore - EP
Galaxy - GP
Spacecraft - SP

Individual Files keep the

same ID numbers
associated with each
category.

*NOTE You will need to

download FP01
Individually

extract your downloads

Your downloads will be zipped. You
will need to extract them.

Right click and select extract.

It does not matter where just as long

as you know where you extracted it
to. Safe bet is to just extract to your
downloads or desktop.

unpack your folder completely

Move the Modding Tools for
Windows to your desktop. This will
stay here.

Repeat the above steps to extract

the required files and drop the
folder on your desktop.

If you download individual files

please create a folder on your
desktop to drop them into so they
are not loose

Example: Explore01 is an individual

required folder that was
downloaded.
Open Explore01 to find the EP01
folder.
Drag EP01 into the folder you made.
Where to put my Required files folders after I
EXTRACT them?
Path for EA or Steam

If you download, open and run the open The Sims 4 [Link] file it will automatically
open the correct game folder to drop your Required Files

If the above action does not work you can use the following 2 default pathways to locate your
game folder.

EA OPTION

EA Path : If you downloaded through EA app alone you will find the “The Sims 4” folder
here:
Default option
-C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4

STEAM OPTION
Steam Path: If you downloaded through Steam you will find the “The Sims 4” folder here:

Default option
-c:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

The above file locations will lead you to a folder that will look SIMILAR but not exactly to
the image below. You should have a Data Delta Game folders in there. This (The Sims 4) is
the folder you will end up placing your pack folders into.
