Reflection

Overall, the Big Five test provides a very interesting view of my personality and

leadership style. My extraversion ratings are diverse, as one would expect. I can be reserved and

quiet at times but extremely talkative when feeling at ease. My neuroticism score is greater,

revealing that I am likely to be irascible on occasion, which I recognize as a behavior to be

managed in leadership to avoid emotional choices. My agreeableness score reflects that I am

generally kind and compassionate towards other individuals, something that I believe is one of

my greatest strengths for building trust and cooperation. On the other hand, low openness to

experiences by me means that I prefer familiarity and structure to change, and this can influence

how I handle innovation. Finally, my conscientiousness scores exhibit reliability and consistency

as opposed to perfectionism. Collectively, these traits suggest that I would be a courteous and

fair leader, and also someone who would need to prioritize emotional balance and openness to

new information as I develop in my working life.
