About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join SearchUnify engineering, where we
build and operate AI-driven, cloud-native enterprise SaaS platforms at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong AWS expertise, deep experience with CI/CD,
Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code, and a passion for automation, reliability, security,
and performance. You will play a key role in supporting Agentic AI workloads, high-traffic
customer environments, and enterprise-grade compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, build, and operate highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on
AWS
● Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, ensuring secure and
reliable releases
● Manage and optimize Dockerized applications and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters
● Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
● Drive automation-first practices using Bash and Python
● Ensure platform reliability, performance, and observability using monitoring and
logging tools
● Operate and optimize logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (ELK, Nagios,
CloudWatch, etc.)
● Enforce security best practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance across
environments
● Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to support
smooth release cycles
● Support AI/LLM-driven workloads and understand infra implications for Agentic AI
systems
● Participate in incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Technical Skills
Cloud & Infrastructure
● Strong expertise in AWS (Certification is mandatory)
● Exposure to Azure is a plus
● Deep understanding of VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, ALB/NLB, S3, CloudFront, RDS
CI/CD & DevOps Tooling
● Strong experience with Jenkins (mandatory)
● Hands-on with GitLab CI/CD
● Experience integrating SonarQube for code quality and security checks
Containers & Orchestration
● Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) – must have, production-level experience
● Understanding of container security, scaling, and networking
Infrastructure as Code & Automation
● Terraform and Ansible (mandatory)
● Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
● Automation mindset with a focus on repeatability and reliability
Monitoring, Logging & Observability
● Strong experience with ELK stack, Nagios, and cloud-native monitoring
● Strong understanding of logs, metrics, traces, and alerting
AI & Modern Platforms
● LLM / AI awareness and understanding of infrastructure implications
● Exposure to AI workloads, vector databases, or GPU-based systems is a plus
Experience Required
● 4–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
● Proven experience supporting production, customer-facing SaaS platforms
● Strong troubleshooting skills across infra, networking, and application layers
