Phonics Programme
Learning objectives

This interactive workshop helps teachers and parents understand how to

teach reading using phonics through clear rules, sound patterns, and
engaging activities for children.

Introduction

This Phonics Master Class is designed for parents, teachers, and anyone interested in helping
children become strong readers. In this workshop, you will learn the essential phonics concepts,
sound patterns, and spelling rules that form the foundation of reading.
The session will cover phonics basics, blending techniques, digraphs, vowel teams, syllables, spelling
rules, and many practical strategies that can be used to teach reading effectively.
By the end of this workshop, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to teach children how to
read using phonics in a clear and structured way.
We teach how children learn to read using phonics. Many children struggle with reading because
they are taught to memorize words instead of learning the sounds. Phonics helps children
connect letters with sounds, which makes reading much easier and more logical.
