Subject: Authorization to Transact with Razorpay Software Private Limited

RESOLVED THAT Mr. Narpath S.K., Director of Narpath (OPC) Private Limited (DIN: 09100961), be
and is hereby singly authorized to act on behalf of the Company and to sign, submit, and execute all
necessary documents, declarations, agreements, undertakings, and other instruments as may be required by
Razorpay Software Private Limited (including its affiliates and successors) for the purpose of availing
payment gateway services, accepting payments, linking bank accounts, updating KYC documentation, and
handling all transactional matters in India on behalf of the Company.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Narpath S.K. is authorized to represent the Company in all
communications with Razorpay Software Private Limited, make decisions regarding the use of Razorpay
services, operate the merchant account, and take all such acts, deeds, and things as may be necessary to
implement the above resolution, including but not limited to entering into agreements and undertaking
compliance requirements.
