ABSTRACT

The Web Development Courses Website is an interactive platform

designed to provide learners with information and access to various web development learning
resources. Developed using HTML, CSS, and simple JavaScript, the website includes essential
pages such as the Home, Login, Courses, About Us, and Contact sections. The interface is designed
to be user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive for a smooth browsing experience.

The core objective of the website is to offer easy navigation for learners to explore different web
development courses, view course details, and access related materials. HTML ensures the
structure of content, CSS enhances the visual presentation, and JavaScript adds interactivity such
as form validation and dynamic content updates.

For deployment, the project is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 Bucket, which
provides a scalable, cost-effective, and reliable hosting solution for static websites. This hosting
approach ensures high availability, fast content delivery, and global accessibility without the need
for server-side management.

This project demonstrates the integration of front-end development skills with modern cloud
hosting practices, showcasing the potential of lightweight yet effective web solutions for
educational purposes.

INTRODUCTION

The Web Development Courses Website is an interactive and

user‑friendly platform designed using HTML, CSS, and simple JavaScript. It provides essential
features for learners to explore and access various web development learning materials. The
website consists of five main sections:

1. Home Page – Presents an overview of the platform, highlighting available courses and their
benefits.

2. Login Page – Allows registered users to securely log in and access personalized learning content.

3. Courses Page – Displays a list of web development courses, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
and advanced programming topics, each with detailed descriptions and resources.

4. About Us Page – Shares information about the purpose of the website, the development team,
and the vision of providing quality web development education.

5. Contact Page – Provides a way for users to send inquiries, feedback, or support requests via a
simple form.

The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple

Storage Service (S3). AWS S3 is a highly reliable, cost‑effective, and scalable cloud storage
service, which allows hosting static websites without the need for a traditional server. Hosting the
website on AWS S3 ensures high availability, fast content delivery, and global accessibility for
learners anywhere in the world.

By combining basic front‑end technologies with the robustness of AWS S3 hosting, this project
demonstrates a simple yet professional way of creating and deploying a static educational website.

Types of Major Equipment’s in Industry

At SoftTech Solutions & Training, Pune we combine strong capabilities in software

development with hands-on technical training to prepare students and professionals for the
demands of today’s fast-paced technology sector. Our development team works with modern
technologies and frameworks including Java, Python, Spring Boot, and AWS to build scalable,
real-world software solutions. Alongside our development services, we offer a range of industry-
aligned training programs that bridge the gap between classroom learning and workplace
expectations.

A key feature of our training model is practical exposure to real industrial and IoT equipment.
Students work directly with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine
Interfaces (HMIs), SCADA systems, and industrial-grade sensors and actuators, which are
essential for learning automation and control systems. To support IoT (Internet of Things)
training, we incorporate devices such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Node MCU (ESP8266/ESP32),
Wi-Fi/Bluetooth modules, relay boards, GSM/GPS modules, and smart sensors. These
components enable learners to build and simulate real-time IoT applications such as remote
monitoring, smart control, and device-to-cloud communication.

In addition to IoT systems, students are trained on electrical and mechanical equipment such as
CNC machines, VFDs, power panels, and essential measurement tools like digital multimeters and
temperature sensors. To enhance the hands-on experience, we also use software simulators, cloud
platforms (e.g., AWS IoT Core), and embedded programming tools that provide a safe and
scalable environment for project development.

Our training programs are led by experienced professionals, including Mr. Ganesh Kachare, an
AI and Machine Learning expert who is currently pursuing his studies at IIT; Mr. Saurabh

Page | 15
Chapter 6
Safety procedures followed and safety gears used by
industry

In the software development industry, safety mainly revolves around digital protection and
creating a healthy working environment rather than physical safety gear. During the development
of this online course learning website, standard digital safety procedures were followed. These
include the use of antivirus software and firewalls to secure systems against viruses and cyber
threats. Regular data backups were taken to prevent accidental data loss. Secure coding practices
were applied to avoid vulnerabilities like SQL injection and unauthorized data access. Strong
password policies and form input validations were also implemented.

From a workplace safety perspective, developers maintained an ergonomic workspace to reduce

physical strain during long hours of coding. Break policies were followed to minimize eye fatigue
and improve concentration. Although physical safety gear is not typically required, comfort-
focused tools like anti-glare screen glasses, wrist support pads, and noise-cancelling headphones
were used to enhance safety and efficiency during work.
