 Use different paragraphs (2-3) to respond to all the key points of the
task.
Remember! Use different connectors to link the ideas and help the
reader understand the content of your email:
-Addition: moreover, what’s more, also, in addition, furthermore…

-Contrasting ideas: on the other hand, besides, in spite of this,

nevertheless, however…
-Giving examples: for example, for instance, just to name a few…
 Closing expressions: I hope to hear from you soon!
I can’t wait to see you in a couple of weeks!
Remember to send me all the details of the party!

 Saying goodbye in a friendly way:


-Close friend or family: With (all) my love, love, lots of love, kisses, all

the best, bye for now, take care, xoxo (kisses and hugs)…
-When you don’t know well the other person: best wishes, kind

USEFUL LANGUAGE
 Use contractions: it’s always a pleasure...
 Phrasal verbs and colloquial language: I just want to chill out a bit,
hang around with friends, you know, normal stuff
 Give plenty of details (adjectives, adverbs): Your pictures are
awesome! I’m definitely going there next summer!
 Use exclamations, questions and superlatives: It’s the coolest place I’ve
ever been to! What about you? Any news about your job interview?

 Check your email for mistakes before submitting it. Examples:

-Spelling: diferent, writting, habbits, lifes, profesional, sistem, opportunity...

-Word order: there always are other options, I want only…

-Grammar: I need a car for going, my dream are difficult, people is


going, persons, news cars, these week, I’m very exciting about go…

-Verb tenses: I can’t told you, I decided to cleaned, I forget to tell you…

-Wrong word/expression: write early, I do a lot of questions, I hope your


answer, the work of my life…
