POLICY ON DRESS CODE

To Maintain the Professional Image of the Company, and also Every Employee
acting as a representative of the Organization Before Customers, Clients, or
Public, the Company has decided to implement a Dress Code for All Employees.
The Success of the Company is Based on the Support & Goodwill of the
customers, So Employees are Requested to follow this Dress Code Policy.

Effective From: 10th May 2024


Applicable: To All Staff

For Men
1) The Shirt Should be Half or Full Sleeve
2) Color of the Shirt – Cream, Grey, Yellow, Blue
3) Striped or Small Checked Shirt
4) Pant / Slack Should be of Black, Grey or Navy
5) Dress should be Neatly Ironed (No Wrinkles should be there)

For Women
1) Salwar Kameez, Churidars, Kurtis
2) Saree
3) Jeans
4) T-Shirts

Following are Not Allowed


1) Torn, Ripped, Holes or Faded clothes
2) Offensive Pictures or Words in clothing
3) Patch Work or Faded Jeans
4) Baggy Pants / Shorts
5) Excessive Jewelry / Fragrance
6) Loose / Tight Fittings
7) Tattoos should not be visible in Front of Customer, Client or Public

Employees who violate the above Dress Code will be asked to change the attire,
Verbal Warning will be given and if this violation continues, Disciplinary Action
may be Taken.
