Good evening, everyone!

On behalf of the San Antonio National High School community, I extend my

sincerest gratitude for spending your evening with us. Your presence makes
this event even more meaningful.

Tonight is truly special—not just for us educators, but especially for our
students and their families. After six long years, this long-awaited event has
finally come to life once again, thanks to the enthusiasm and support of our
students, parents, and guardians.

As teachers, our greatest joy is seeing our students shine. And tonight, I have
the honor of giving you a glimpse of what they have passionately prepared, as
well as what we, their mentors, have worked on to make this night
unforgettable.

And so, going to the reason why I am standing here - and that is to give you
an overview of what to expect from tonight occasion - So this event is entitled
- Synergy: A celebration of Dance and Solidarity. Synergy is more than just
an event, it is a way to bring school community together through dance and
shared experiences. This event is inspired by the idea that dance is a
powerful way to show unity, teamwork, and togetherness.

So tonight occasion is divided into 4 parts -

The first part of our program was what we witnessed earlier—the grand
entrance of our esteemed faculty, guests, and, of course, our dashing and
gorgeous students, followed by the event’s preliminaries.

Now, we move on to the second part, which will begin right after my talk—the
Solidarity Performances. This segment features our students gracefully
dancing the Rigodon de Honor, a formal and elegant quadrille-style dance
that originated from Spain and France and was later embraced in the
Philippines. Selected students will also showcase their talents in social and
modern dance, as well as their impressive vocal skills. To close this segment,
we have the Unity Dance, where students and teachers will come together to
perform a well-loved Filipino song, symbolizing camaraderie and harmony.

The third part of the evening will be a Fashion Showcase, where selected
students—especially those with assigned numbers earlier—will take the
stage, strike their best poses, and flaunt their stylish outfits. Their confidence
and creativity will be judged based on their overall performance.

And finally, the fourth and final part of our program will be the Awarding and
Closing Ceremony, followed by a disco party for our Grade 9, 10, 11, and 12
students—a perfect way to end the night on a high note!

Once again, thank you for being here, and I hope you all have a fantastic
time!
Our first judge is a dedicated and driven third-year student pursuing a
Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Electrical Technology at
Sorsogon State University.

He is an alumnus of San Antonio National High School, where he successfully

completed his junior high school education in the academic year 2016-2017.
Beyond academics, ourt first judge has demonstrated strong leadership and
service commitment. He is a graduate of the Advanced ROTC Officer Training
Program, equipping him with discipline and strategic skills. Additionally, he is
a Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider for Healthcare, showcasing his
readiness to respond to emergencies and provide critical aid.

His versatility extends beyond technical expertise, as he has actively

participated in prestigious pageants and competitions. He earned recognition
as 1st Runner-up in Lakanbini ng Kalikasan 2015,highlighting his confidence
and advocacy for environmental awareness and 1st Runner-up in Mr.
Intramurals 2019 at Database Technology College.

In 2020, he became an official candidate in College Señorita: Dyosa ng

Kalawakan at Sorsogon State University, where he boldly showcased his
charisma and stage presence in a role-breaking performance as a man
disguised as a woman.

With a strong foundation in leadership, technical skills, and creativity, he

continues to strive for excellence in both his academic and personal
endeavors. Let’s give a resounding applause to our 1st judge, Mr. Jonel
Petil Fabilane.

Our second judge is a proud alumnus of San Antonio National High School,
he graduated with honors in 2016 and continued his academic excellence at
Barcelona National Comprehensive High School, where he also earned with
honors upon completing Senior High School in 2018.

His leadership skills were evident early on, serving as the YES-O President
during the school year 2017-2018. Committed to education and service, he
pursued a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino at Bicol
University – Gubat Campus, successfully earning his degree in July 2022.

His dedication to shaping young minds led him to serve as a volunteer

teacher of this school from 2023 to 2024. Beyond the academic field, he has
also been an influential community leader, serving as the SK Chairperson for
five years (2018-2023), where he actively contributed to youth development
initiatives.

With his passion for education, leadership, and community service, we are
honored to have him as one of our judges tonight. Let’s give a warm round of
applause for Sir Raffy Camposano Laguda
From the very beginning of her academic journey, excellence has been the
trademark of our 3rd judge. A Class Valedictorian of Tigkiw Elementary
School, she continued her outstanding performance by graduating as
Valedictorian of this school- San Antonio National High School, Batch 2016.
Her dedication to learning remained steadfast as she became part of the
pioneering batch of Senior High School at Barcelona National Comprehensive
High School, where they graduated With High Honors.

Pursuing her passion for education, she earned a Bachelor of Secondary

Education Major in Filipino from Bicol University Gubat, graduating with the
distinguished honor of Cum Laude. Her commitment to service was evident as
she dedicated a year as a volunteer teacher of this school, further shaping
young minds before officially joining the Department of Education as a
Teacher I at Casiguran Technical Vocational School, Casiguran, Sorsogon.

Our 4th judge is a dedicated educator and passionate mentor. She currently
serves as a Teacher III at Bulusan High School, where she has been shaping
young minds in the field of Mathematics for the past six years.

She holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree from Sorsogon State

University and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Education, majoring
in Mathematics, at Philippine Christian University—a testament to her
commitment to lifelong learning.

Beyond the classroom, she is a pageant enthusiast and an active leader,

serving as the Bulusan High School DLC Coordinator. Her dedication to the
performing arts is evident in her impressive background as a former Lead
Majorette of Bulusan High School (2012-2013) and a former member of the
Gallanosa National High School Teachers' Dance Troupe.

With her extensive experience, expertise, and passion for both education and
the arts, we are privileged to have her as one of our esteemed judges tonight.
Let us all give her a warm round of applause for our 4th judge - Ms.
Rhoces Joy Gallardo Deyto.

Our final judge is a true artist and passionate performer, he has dedicated
nearly a decade to the world of dance and theater as a multi-performer,
choreographer, dancer, and actor. With an impressive career spanning
various disciplines, he has graced some of the country’s most prestigious
stages, including the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), the National
Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), and the Metropolitan Theater in
2019.

Beyond performing, she has also played a vital role in shaping aspiring talents
as a coach and mentor. She holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Theater
from Bicol University College of Arts and Letters and is a licensed
professional teacher, majoring in MAPEH.

With her remarkable expertise in performance, choreography, and arts

education, he brings invaluable insight to our event. Let’s give a warm round
of applause for Ms. Jasper Pajantoy!

Fashion Show Mechanics

As part of Synergy: A Celebration of Dance and Solidarity, the Fashion Show
Segment will showcase the confidence, elegance, and individuality of our
students. Selected participants will have the opportunity to compete for both
Special Awards and Major Awards, judged based on their overall presentation
and stage presence.

Students were carefully selected by teachers during the grand entrance at the
start of the event based on their poise, presence, and overall presentation.
A total of 74 students from different grade levels will take the runway:
Grade 9 – 10 male and 10 female students
Grade 10 – 10 male and 10 female students
Grade 11 – 7 male and 7 female students
Grade 12 – 7 male and 7 female students
LGBT Community Representatives – 6 students
Each participant was assigned a number upon selection to ensure fairness
and organization in the competition.

Runway Guidelines:
Participants will walk the runway and showcase their confidence, poise, and
style in their formal attire.
They are encouraged to display graceful movements, strong stage presence,
and creative poses while walking the runway.

The judges will evaluate participants based on individual performance,

confidence, and presentation.
