Abstract
The cash flow statement of The National Detergent Co. s.a.o.g-Soaps and Detergents
Manufacturers (NDC) provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s liquidity and
financial health. It details cash flows from three main activities: operating, investing, and
financing. Cash flow from operating activities highlights NDC's ability to generate cash
through its core business operations, driven by strong demand for its flagship products like
D’zire / Sidr Sandal Soap. Investing activities reflect the company’s expenditures on
modernization and capacity expansion, indicating a commitment to growth. Financing
activities show NDC's strategies for capital management, including raising funds and
managing debt. Overall, NDC's cash flow statement illustrates its solid financial position,
enabling the company to invest in innovation and maintain its competitive edge in the
personal care industry while ensuring sustainability and shareholder returns. This proactive
approach positions NDC for continued success in the evolving market landscape.
