1️⃣Are Marks the Real Measure of Success?
“If marks were everything, every topper would be the
happiest person in the world!”
A very warm welcome to everyone myself DHRITIMAN
PALLEY Class 6E. Today I want to speak about the topic are
mark the real measure of success.
Marks only show how much we can remember, not how
much we truly understand. They test memory, but they do
not test talent, creativity, or courage. Some students may
score fewer marks but may be brilliant in sports, art, music,
or leadership.
But the real purpose of education is not marks — it is
learning. Because marks stay on paper, but learning stays
with us for life. Marks may help us pass an exam, but
learning helps us face life.
Success is built on skills, effort, honesty, and confidence.
Failure may reduce our marks, but it increases our strength
and wisdom.
Therefore, marks are not the real measure of success. The
true measure of success is how much we learn, how much
we grow, and how strongly we believe in ourselves.
Thank you.
2️⃣If My Teacher Became My Best Friend for a Day
A very warm welcome to everyone, myself DHRITIMAN
PALLEY of standard 6E. Today I want to speak about the
topic, If My Teacher Becomes My Best Friend.
Imagine walking into class and your teacher says, Hey
buddy, what's up? The classroom mood would change
instantly. The silence of fear would turn into courage. I
would raise hands without trembling because mistakes
would no longer feel like crimes. Learning would feel lighter
and warm.
As a best friend, my teacher might share childhood stories,
failures, and funny moments. The stories would spread
much lessons that textbook cannot spread. I would also
understand that teachers were students too, with dreams,
doubts, and struggles too. The classroom would be a place
of trust, where questions would fly like birds and curiosity
in every corner of the room.
But friendship has limits in a classroom. If my teacher
becomes too friendly, discipline may fall, respect might
slowly fade if boundaries are not kept. But for one day, the
little friendship will build a bridge of trust where learning
becomes fearless, meaningful, and unforgettable.
But I will not spill the beans because after this day, if my
teacher will become a real teacher again and if she knows
the secrets, I will be feeling blushed.
3️⃣The Funniest Thing That Ever Happened to Me
One ordinary afternoon turned into a moment that still
makes my heart smile. Hello everyone, myself DHRITIMAN
PALLEY of class 6E. Today I want to speak about the topic,
the funniest and most surprising day of my life. It began
like a dull afternoon slow as a sloth. I thought it would be
just another day, nothing special. But little did I know, the
day was about to turn over and leave and surprise me.
Let me rewind to 7th November 2018. It looked like any
ordinary day and I had even forgotten it was my birthday.
After lunch in a big hall, I saw my family whispering and
hiding smiles. My heart was full of questions. I asked my
parents that, why are we eating in the hall? They said me
that this was my cousin’s wedding. As usual, I believed my
parents.
Then my aunt took me home. I applied more brain that
what will I wear, do, say and all. I dozed off suddenly. In the
evening when I returned, the hall was decorated by a
balloon gate which now made me think that this is not
suitable for a wedding. But when I entered, balloons
floated, foam filled with the air and giant double decker
cakes to top.
My entry felt like hero’s entry. Jokers out of nowhere and in
the blink of an eye, laughter filled the room. And
everybody also wished me happy birthday.
I was on cloud nine I laughed till my side hurt, cried tears
of joy and hugged my family tight. It was not just funny,
but also memorable.
4️⃣Is Social Media Shaping Our Behaviour?
What if I told you… our phones are silently teaching us how
to behave? A warm welcome to all, myself DHRITIMAN
PALLEY of class 6E. Today I want to speak about the topic,
Is social media shaping our behaviours?
Today, social media is not just an app. It is a strong
influence of our minds, our actions, and fears.
Let me speak it’s merits. It helps us to learn new skills,
spreads awareness, and connects us with the world.
Students can learn science experiments, new languages,
and creative ideas.
Demerits are-- Short videos are entertaining, but they
reduce our attention span. Due to this, we are not able to
concentrate at our studies and doing long tasks, maybe
hard and challenging. Even the reels we watch have
emotions, randomly changing in big mood swings.
The main challenge is addiction. Many students cannot
stay without their phone. This results in hyperactivity.
Let me see. So, the real question is not that social media is
good or bad. The real question is, who is in control? Social
media. Let us use social media wisely for shaping
knowledge, not behaviour.
And think, that are we using social media or it is using us?
Thank you
