Ceremonial Masters
I. ANNOUNCEMENT THAT CEREMONY IS ABOUT TO BEGIN
Rain: Sta. Rita Elementary School Commencement Exercises are about to begin. We
expect the Commencement Exercises to last approximately 2 hours so before we
begin this ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cellphone to silent mode and
be courteous around you by refraining from talking aloud during the presentation of
graduates. We encourage you to express your pride by applauding and cheering.
II. INTRODUCTION
Che: Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day of
rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an educational journey and the
commencement of another more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest
for a better life and future. Truly, signifies the culmination of many years of hard work
in the relentless pursuit of knowledge, knowledge that will enable a person to
embrace opportunities and to take challenge with clear vision and purpose.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year
________. Friends, welcome to the ___ Commencement Exercises of Abc School.

Ramel: Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic
community led by the dynamic and supportive Public School District Supervisors,
____________________, the epitome of empowered man and a great school leader,
our very own School Principal II, Sir ____________, together with the vibrant and high
calibers educators of this institution, honored guest of honor and speaker barangay
officials who are with us today, members and officers of PTA, colleagues, visitors and
friends.

Cherry: The Commencement Exercises of Abc School is now in order. May I request
everyone to please all rise as we pay tribute to our National Flag through the singing
of the Philippine National Anthem to be followed by singing of Rehiyon
___________Hymn and Masinloc Hymn to be conducted by our school music leader

VII. ANNOUNCEMENT
Ramel: Members of the graduating class, honored guests, PTA Board of Directors,
faculty, staff, students, family, alumni and friends, I am Sir. ________________, and
Mdm. _____________, your Ceremonial Masters for the Commencement Exercises. First
and foremost , thank you to the members of the working committee who spent
many long hours planning this day and to the many others that have helped to
organize and plan this very important event. Thank you maams and sirs.

IX. PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF CANDIDATES
Ramel: And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst.
To do the honors off presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, May we have
on the stage our School Principal II, the school head of exemplary performance,
none other than Sir. ______________ to be followed right away by the acceptance
and confirmation of the graduates and message by no less than our vibrant and
stunning Public School District Supervisor, Mdm. _________________
Thank you madam for the heart-inspiring message you had given to the graduates.
X. PRESENTATION OF THE GUEST OF HONOR AND SPEAKER
Cherry: Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman/man who will in a minute
deliver his/her words of wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents as well.
To get to know more of him/her, May we call on the stage our very own Teacher II, in
the person of Mdm. _______________ to do the honors in introducing our ______
Commencent Exercises Guest of Honor and Speaker.

XI. AWARDING OF DIPLOMAS, CERTIFICATES AND MEDALS TO THE GRADUATES
Cherry: A certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in
a certain level of education. This is now the fruit of each pupil’s endeavor. So to do
the honors, once again, we have on the stage are the members of the educational
community.

Ramel: And now, the most awaited of our programme, especially for the parents
and the learners who will be awarded, let us now move on to the awarding of
