Rules & Regulations for PPT Preparation


1. Font Style
• Use Times New Roman font for all slides.
2. Heading Font Size
• Heading font size should be 24- 26 .
• Headings must be bold.
3. Sub-Heading Font Size
• Sub-heading font size should be 20-22
• Sub-headings may be bold.
4. Content Font Size
• Content text font size should be 16-18.
• Use simple and clear sentences.
5. Font Color
• Font color should be dark, preferably black.
• Avoid bright or light font colors.
6. Background Color
• Slide background should be white or light-colored.
• Do not use dark or patterned backgrounds.
7. Pictures and Diagrams
• Use related and clear pictures only.
• Pictures should match the topic of the slide.
8. Slide Content
• Do not overload slides with too much text.
• Use points instead of paragraphs.
9. Alignment
• Text should be properly aligned and easy to read.
10. Consistency
• Maintain the same font style, size, and color throughout
the PPT.
